Note: Verbilab uses YouTube API Services. By using this integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access anytime via your Google Security Settings.

We Use This Data To:

• Authenticate your account
• Allow you to choose channels and publish content
• Set metadata (title, description, privacy status) using our scheduler or AI assistant

We Do Not:

• Store your video files permanently
• Use your Google data to train any AI/ML models
• Share your Google data with any third party (except via official APIs)

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

At Verbilab, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. Here’s how we handle data retention and deletion:

Authentication Tokens

Verbilab uses secure OAuth tokens to connect and authenticate your social media accounts (such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). These tokens allow us to perform actions on your behalf—like scheduling posts or retrieving analytics—only while your account remains connected.

Tokens are encrypted and stored using industry-standard safeguards to ensure your data remains protected.

You may revoke access at any time by:

• Disconnecting the social media account from your Verbilab dashboard
• Or visiting the third-party platform’s permissions or security settings (e.g., Google Account Permissions)

Upon disconnection or revocation, Verbilab immediately deletes the associated tokens and loses all access to data from that platform.

Uploaded Media Files

Any media files (such as images or videos) that you upload through Verbilab for scheduled posting are stored temporarily on our servers.

These files are used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your scheduled posts to connected third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Once a post is either successfully published or fails to post, the associated media file is automatically deleted from Verbilab’s servers.

Post Metadata

Verbilab stores metadata related to the content you schedule or publish through our platform. This includes:

• Post title, caption, or description
• Scheduled time and publishing status
• Target social media account
• Analytics data (e.g., engagement metrics)
• Reference to associated media (not the media file itself)

This metadata is retained as part of your content history until you manually delete it or delete your Verbilab account.

If you delete a scheduled or published post from your Verbilab dashboard, its metadata is permanently erased from our system. However, this action does not remove the actual post from the connected social media platform (e.g., Facebook, YouTube).

AI/ML Model Training Compliance

User data (including from Google, YouTube, or other APIs) is NOT used to train, improve, or fine-tune any generalized AI or machine learning models. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the features and services as described in your plan.

Account Deletion

When you delete your Verbilab account:

• All OAuth tokens are deleted
• All post metadata and uploaded media are removed
• Your profile data is deleted as per our Privacy Policy

We retain no user-identifiable data beyond the deletion process unless legally required for compliance or dispute resolution.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content is based on third-party large language and image models. Output may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use. Verbilab is not liable for any consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

Subscriptions and Plans

Verbilab offers both free and paid subscription plans. Please note:

• Plans may include usage limits (e.g., word count, image generation, number of connected social accounts).
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Pricing and included features are subject to change without prior notice.
• A free plan may be offered with limited features; Verbilab reserves the right to modify or withdraw free access at any time.

By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms associated with that subscription, including renewal and billing policies.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window if:

• You used under 10,000 words or 5 images.
• You request the refund within 7 days of purchase via support@verbilab.com

Refunds are not automatically processed. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Fair Usage and Prohibited Uses

Excessive use, abuse of resources, or automated scraping may lead to account suspension. Prohibited uses include:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
• Content related to sexual, religious, or political extremism
• Interference with platform performance
• Impersonation or fraud

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations without refund.

User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Verbilab account credentials.

Please do not share your login details with others. Sharing access may compromise the security of your data.

If you suspect any unauthorized access or activity on your account, you must notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Plagiarism and Content Liability

Verbilab provides AI-powered tools to help you generate content, images, and schedule social media posts efficiently. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content created using our platform complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to plagiarism, intellectual property, copyright, trademarks, and moral rights. We strongly recommend that you use plagiarism detection tools and conduct appropriate due diligence before publishing or distributing any AI-generated content.

Verbilab LLP does not assume liability for any legal issues, claims, or disputes arising from the use of content generated via our platform, especially in cases of plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party materials.

By using Verbilab, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the originality, legality, and consequences of the content you create, publish, or share through our tools.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the Verbilab platform—including but not limited to software, scripts, AI-generated tools, images, logos, branding, text, user interface elements, and design—are the exclusive property of Verbilab LLP or its licensors.

This content is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication of any part of the Verbilab platform or its content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

By accessing or using Verbilab’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You do not acquire any ownership rights in any content, software, or material on the platform.
• All rights not expressly granted in these Terms or the Privacy Policy are reserved by Verbilab LLP.
• Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability. Verbilab LLP reserves the right to take legal action as necessary.

Verbilab, including our logos, icons, and trade dress, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Verbilab LLP. Other trademarks featured on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

Copyright Policy

At Verbilab, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with all applicable copyright laws in India and internationally.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used or displayed on the Verbilab platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to:

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Once we receive a valid notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content and/or terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Important: Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. Verbilab LLP reserves the right to seek damages from any party that knowingly submits a false infringement notice.

Error Reporting and Feedback

At Verbilab, we value your feedback and welcome suggestions, comments, and reports of bugs or errors to help us improve the platform.

By submitting any feedback, ideas, suggestions, reports, or other input (collectively referred to as “Feedback”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Use of Feedback: Verbilab may freely use, modify, copy, disclose, license, distribute, and incorporate your Feedback into our services or future products without any financial or other obligation to you.
• No Confidentiality: Feedback must not include confidential, proprietary, or personal information of third parties. Verbilab is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any submitted Feedback.
• No Obligation: Verbilab is under no obligation to implement, review, or respond to any Feedback you provide.
• No Ownership: You will not acquire any rights, title, or interest in any features, services, or improvements that may be developed based on your Feedback.

• Verbilab does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or performance of the platform or its features.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose,
• Non-infringement, and
• Any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any content or software available through the platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

While we strive to offer a reliable and secure experience, you understand and accept that no digital service can be guaranteed to be entirely flawless or immune from disruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verbilab LLP, including its founders, partners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Verbilab platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or delays
• Inability to access or use the platform
• Any other intangible losses

This limitation applies even if Verbilab was advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Verbilab LLP is found liable under applicable law, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using our services in the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages or warranties. In such cases, portions of this section may not apply to you, but only to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

Verbilab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use,
• Misuse of the platform’s features, or
• Activities that may harm or disrupt the integrity, security, or functionality of the service or its users.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access or use Verbilab’s services will end immediately.
• Any content or data associated with your account may be deleted, in accordance with our data retention policies.

You may also terminate your use of the service at any time by discontinuing access and use of the platform.

Even after your account is terminated or deactivated, the following provisions will continue to apply:

• Intellectual Property
• Disclaimer of Warranty
• Limitation of Liability
• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (if applicable)

Verbilab reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any violations of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, your use of the Verbilab platform, and any transactions or disputes arising out of such use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Verbilab platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By using the platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction, including objections based on forum non conveniens.

Changes to the Service

Verbilab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its platform or services—temporarily or permanently—at any time and without prior notice.

We are not liable if any portion of the platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may also, at our sole discretion, restrict access to certain features or sections of the service, including those available to registered users.

By continuing to use the platform after any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated version of the service and its terms.

Beta Features Disclaimer

From time to time, Verbilab may introduce new tools, features, or services in a beta or testing phase. These beta features are provided for evaluation and feedback purposes and may not be fully tested or supported.

By opting to use any beta features, you understand and agree that:

• Such features may be unstable, incomplete, or contain errors.
• Their performance, accuracy, or availability is not guaranteed.
• They may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• No warranties or service level commitments apply to beta features.

We welcome your feedback during the beta period, but please use these features at your own risk.

Service Availability and Performance

At Verbilab, we aim to ensure that our platform is available and accessible 24/7. However, temporary downtimes may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, server issues, or unforeseen technical difficulties.

While we work diligently to minimize service interruptions and restore access as quickly as possible, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times;
• Delays, disruptions, or data inaccessibility may occur occasionally;
• Verbilab is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from temporary unavailability or reduced performance of the platform.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during such events.

Amendments to Terms

Verbilab reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.

By continuing to access or use the Verbilab platform after changes have been posted, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

Waiver and Severability

The failure of Verbilab to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The unenforceable portion will be either modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or severed, so that the rest of the Terms remain valid and enforceable.

By using the Verbilab platform and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
